Position Overview:
As a Title Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the registration process for our company's titles as well as our customers' titles. You will ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted in compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage the registration process for company-owned titles and customer titles, including vehicles, equipment, and other assets.
• Review and verify all documentation required for title registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the registration process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to title registration and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on the status of their title registration requests and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain organized records of all title registration documentation and transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in title registration, vehicle registration, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing title registration processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
