We are searching for a highly motivated floating remodel technician to join our maintenance team at 2 of our luxury apartment communities Belmont Ridge (96 units) and Appleridge (56 Units) - located in Tully NY and Lafayette, NY. Hourly rate shall range from $20 - $21 based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
