WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Edward Baumann Clothiers is seeking a dynamic, hardworking, stylish, and personable Wardrobe Specialist to join our dedicated team of fashion experts and sales professionals. As a Wardrobe Specialist, you will strive for excellence, be attentive to details, and put your sales expertise to use by serving our prestigious clientele.

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Proficient in Apple computers and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

While specific duties may vary, here are the key responsibilities expected of you:

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Proactively source, prospect, and market to potential clients via phone, email, and social media channels
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, educating clients on fashion and fit preferences.
• Guide clients in fabric selection and styling based on expert product knowledge and individual lifestyle needs
• Develop and manage a book of business through referrals, prospecting initiatives, and network development efforts
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals consistently

Internal Reporting and Business Management:

• Collaborate with the Master Tailor to determine client fit preferences
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry and processing, updating client information in the database.
• Manage back-end production deadlines and maintain filing systems
• Foster relationships with manufacturers and vendors
• Provide phone and correspondence support as needed

Client Relationship Management:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences tailored to each client’s needs
• Regularly communicate with clients regarding orders, new style offerings, and additional services.

• 1 Year OTE: $70,000
