ASSOCIATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY
GENERAL:
Sutter O’Connell is a growing firm whose primary practice area is litigation. Its lawyers have earned a national reputation for winning cases other firms are reluctant to take to trial. The firm’s Cleveland office is located downtown in the Erieview Tower.
JOB SUMMARY:
The firm seeks talented attorneys who are capable of handling a case from inception through jury trial. Investigation, pleadings, motions, client contact, expert witness development, and discovery management skills are expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Ohio state bar.
At least 2 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
Preferred – experience in product liability, personal injury, general insurance defense or commercial litigation defense.
Preferred – admission to additional state bars.

Occasional overnight travel is expected.
