Hilltop Management is Hiring a Painter/Laborer Near Macon, GA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various painting and labor tasks to support turning vacant apartments as they become vacant at two apartment complexes in Macon, GA. This position requires expertise in using power tools, maintaining surfaces, and executing trim carpentry.
Responsibilities:
- Renovate and restore surfaces using appropriate painting techniques
- Utilize power tools for sanding, scraping, and painting tasks
- Maintain and repair masonry surfaces as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for painting and labor tasks
- Experience in trim carpentry and masonry work is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
