**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in sales, preferably in wireless, technical, or appliance sales
- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse guests
