About the Park:

Located in Kissimmee, Florida our RV Park is centrally located and 6.5 miles from the peripheries of Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Orlando attractions are generally within 30 minutes of our Kissimmee campground and long or short term RV rental sites.

About the Job:

We are looking for talented candidates who are well-rounded maintenance pros to take on a variety of projects throughout the resort. In the full-time position, you will be responsible for helping us maintain and enhance our RV Resort.

• Perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs
• Repair and replace sheetrock.
• Ensure mechanical equipment is operating properly and repaired as needed
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed such as repairs and painting.
• Install and replace floors, stairs, doors and fencing as needed
• Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs as needed
• Follow all company safety protocols
• Work on other special projects as requested

Job Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors throughout the year
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the resort
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience required
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge and experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Must be able to work five days from 8:30 to 4:30, including some weekends
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift
• Highschool graduate or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach
• Subject to changing environmental conditions, work activities can occur mostly outside.

Must be within commuting distance to the RV Park and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
