THE BASICS

Pay: We offer a competitive pay ranging from $72,000 to $100,000 /year.

Schedule: As an Underground Septic Installer, you will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. This full-time role ensures you have your weekends free while enjoying stable, predictable hours during the week.

YOUR DAY AS AN UNDERGROUND SEPTIC INSTALLER

Each day, you will embark on exciting projects that involve installing septic systems, performing sewer repairs, and conducting excavation work. You'll start your day by reviewing blueprints and planning the best methods for each task. Operating heavy machinery like excavators will be a key part of your role as you dig trenches and lay pipes. You'll be responsible for ensuring precise measurements with laser levels and making sure everything aligns with local regulations. Your expertise will guarantee that every system you install runs smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch service to our customers in Colchester, CT, and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN UNDERGROUND SEPTIC INSTALLER

• A valid driver's license
• Ability to run an excavator

A minimum of 3 years of excavation experience is preferred. The ability to read blueprints is also ideal. Having a laser level and elevation fluency as well as a septic installer's license, P6 or P7, are also a huge plus!
