Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to fiber splicing, telephone line installation, and network infrastructure maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

Duties:
- Perform fiber splicing and installation of telephone lines
- Climb utility poles and operate bucket trucks for aerial work
- Telecommunicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes for various construction projects
- Weld and perform other fabrication tasks as needed
- Work with high voltage equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Maintain network infrastructure by troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise
- Assist with general labor tasks as directed by supervisors

Experience:
- Previous experience in fiber splicing, telephone line installation, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of high voltage safety procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with network infrastructure maintenance is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
