Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Branch Manager for Marietta area . Branch Managers are responsible for all facets of consumer lending from origination to servicing of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications, determine eligibility and propose loan packages
-Assist customers with servicing of existing loans
- Sell loans to existing and new customers
- Have knowledge of current lending regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes
- Familiarity with State guidelines and requirements
- Proficiency in collections
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for calculating interest rates, payments, etc.
- Experience in loan processing and collection.
