Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, optimizing productivity, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of construction and building materials to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct regular inspections of incoming shipments to verify quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies, damaged goods, or order fulfillment issues.
• Manage the proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse, maximizing space utilization and accessibility.
• Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolving any shipping or delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
• Continuously evaluate shipping and receiving processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Sound understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Hours:

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Saturdays: 8 AM to 12:00 PM.
