Group Fitness Coach
Duties:
- Conduct Group Fitness sessions with clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
-The right candidate will need to bring the fire, energy, and motivation on a microphone while coaching the clients through a high energy session.
- Develop group workout programs based on clients' individual needs and fitness levels as needed
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients are using equipment safely and effectively.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Provide nutritional guidance and advice to help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve training methods.
- Bring compassion, energy, motivation, and positivity to every session.
Requirements:
- Certification in group fitness training or a related field. (Or on an educational path in fitness)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
