Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for a busy Association Management Office. Assist with general office responsibilities including answering incoming telephone calls, assisting Association Managers, . Responsibilities also include, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Processing Account Collections, General Office Administrative duties, customer service. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn the TOPS Management Software. Strong Telephone skills required. Prior office experience required. There is the potential for Advancement to Management.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
