INTEGRA TESTING SERVICES is seeking a self-motivated Junior Estimator to join our growing team! Individual must be a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position includes full-time employment, complete with a highly competitive benefits package. This position is located in Norwell, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with pursuing bid opportunities for a professional, independent HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing contractor
• Train and learn under the estimating team
• Assist with writing statement of qualifications, SOQ, RFP for projects.
• Building relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Engaging in value engineering ideas / proposals.
• Engaging in site visits at customer job sites alongside Integra field technicians

Education & Knowledge:

• Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in construction estimating (HVAC and Sheetmetal estimating a plus).
• Ability to learn from experienced estimators in the industry
• Proven working knowledge of Excel.
• Must be able to read blueprints / project plans & specifications.
• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have professional writing capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
