Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to their destinations. This position requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including vans, buses, and shuttles
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Communicate effectively with passengers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, school bus driver, paratransit driver, or in commercial driving is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for loading and unloading
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and coworkers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in various situations
