Compensation:
-$18.00 an Hour
-Our delivery drivers are 1099 contractors that work independently in the field. That means YOU are your own BOSS!

Qualifications:

MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD

· CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS

· 3 years delivery driving experience preferred

· Great customer service skills

· DSD (direct service delivery) experience a plus

· Must be willing to undergo a background check AND drug testing, in accordance with local law/regulations

-Very strong work ethic and able to learn quickly

Duties Include:

· Executing all route operational activities

· Loading orders on and off the truck

· Confirming all customers on the route are accurately downloaded to your route

· Servicing all stores scheduled each day by greeting the manager when entering the store, rotating inventory, filling the freezer, identifying issues, collecting cash payments (non-charge accounts) and getting manager’s printed name and signature on the handheld

· Completing product inventory weekly

Specific routes will be assigned once training is completed (Driver will be assigned a route in the proximity of entire route).

Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting frozen products to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a box truck style freezer truck.

Duties:

- Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Collect payments from customers, if required

-Communicate via phone thru call and test to supervisors as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with automatic manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to operate different types of delivery vehicles, such as box trucks, vans,
- Proficient in navigating using GPS or maps
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
