As an Excavating Helper - General Labor Construction Worker, you are an important member of our site preparation crew. You're always ready to lend a hand, and you pitch in with a positive attitude. Under the direction of the foreman or project leader, you quickly and accurately follow instructions. You start by ensuring the site is properly cleared and that all hazardous materials are removed. Safety-oriented, you put up fencing, temporary structures, and safety cones to block off the work area.

Working outdoors, you perform a variety of manual labor tasks such as raking, digging, and moving materials and equipment. You're handy with power tools and comfortable using items such as drills and generators. Eager to learn new things and improve your general laborer skill sets, you occasionally operate machinery such as a skid steer, roller, and loader.
