Carstar Agor Collision Penfield is Hiring an Auto Body Estimator Near Rochester, NY
We are looking to hire an experienced estimator for our collision shop. We are family owned and have been in business since 1969. We opened our retail collision shop in the beginning of 2020 and are growing quickly. We are located in Penfield, NY and are the only body shop in our zip code with plenty of work. We just did a major remodel to our front office and made a lot of updates to our shop. We have some modern equipment (caroliner frame rack with 3d measuring, prospot welder, etc.) and a motivated owner who appreciates input from our team on our processes and future direction. We are on track to have multiple locations so there will be room to grow with us.
The estimator role is a full time position M-F 8-5. Pay is based on experience (starting at $50k for someone brand new that shows initiative to learn and up to $75k base plus incentive structure based on gross profit for jobs and customer satisfaction). The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to follow our processes to plan a safe and proper repair and keep our customers informed.
