General description of General Manager in high volume restaurant. Must have bar experience and knowledge, must be comfortable and able to work expo line if needed, personable, balanced management skills, and a love for the restaurant business and people skills. Owners are present and seasoned operators having owned and operated over 20 restaurants.
Should have at least 10 years of management experience in high volume restaurants that sit over 180 guests. Restaurant is open 4-10pm 7 days, We do work off of a 6 day work week averaging 9 hours a day.
