Murray Transfer & Storage Company is currently hiring!
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Packers. As a Packer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently packing belongings and other personal items for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills. Experience is great but not necessary – We will train the right candidates.

Essential Functions and Duties (may include but not limited to the following):
- Pack customers’ household goods onsite at their place of residence.
- Complete household goods inventory – Will Train.
- Follow established routes and schedules for efficient packing
- Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process
- Ensure all items are properly secured during transportation
Requirements:
- Be on time. Be Friendly. Be Safe!
- Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local and state laws and regulations.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Drivers safely operate packing van, performing daily truck inspections and paperwork with customers.
- Safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings when necessary.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good Driving record.
- Must pass DOD Background check. We will provide vetting for Base Access, NC Real ID is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- Indoors and outdoors.
- Frequent squatting and bending.
- Frequent use of stairs, balancing and walking.
Starting pay is $13.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience level.
Commissioned Pay as well!

Must be able to pass background check due to Military Base Access is Required.
