Langdon Place of Exeter is looking for a dynamic receptionist every other weekend to join our team! Our receptionists directly influence our senior living community's reputation as the first person that a resident, family member or other visitor interacts with. If you are looking for a part-time position where you can have fun, work hard and make a difference in our seniors' lives, we would love to meet you!
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
- Warmly welcome, greet and direct residents, visitors, and guests.
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
- Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
