Our company is currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader/Lead Mason to lead a small team on a variety of hardscape projects. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and have extensive experience working in hardscaping, masonry, landscaping, and even carpentry. A Crew Leader must have a strong understanding of project management and consistently meet project deadlines, while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee other workers to ensure consistent quality work with attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain equipment necessary to accomplish tasks.
• Ensure the equipment and trucks are in good working order
• Do minor repairs or modifications to ensure that projects or structures are in compliance with specifications and safety codes.
• Be familiar with the operation and maintenance of various power equipment such as mini loaders, tampers, concrete and brick saws.
• Be willing and able to drive trucks with manual transmissions
• Be a problem solver! Problems often come up, so quick thinking and adapting are important skills.
• Be exceptionally customer service oriented! Most of our work comes from referrals, and we want every customer to be fully satisfied!
• Be proficient in driving loaded trucks and trailers with manual transmissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
