Emerald Management Enterprises is Hiring a Leasing Consultant Near Montgomery, AL
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team and help us manage our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of rental regulations, and the ability to negotiate leases with prospective tenants. Responsibilities include touring potential tenants through available units, answering questions about the property, completing lease paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right apartment for their needs.
- Prepare and review lease agreements and other documents.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the property.
- Process rental applications and credit checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases and other documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to leasing and rental agreements.
- Conduct market surveys to determine competitive rates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
