Weezie is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. As Supervisor, you will play a leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day performance of fulfillment center operations in Austell, GA where we satisfy customer orders in-house with our quality-minded fulfillment team and best-in-class customization capabilities. You will supervise a team that is responsible for all order fulfillment activities including order and inventory management, picking, embroidery/customization, shipping, and quality control.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of outbound orders (primarily eCommerce).
• Create daily and weekly staffing and production plans, and manage process execution to achieve on-time fulfillment while upholding high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. 
• Lead a capable team of fulfillment specialists and embroidery machine operators, providing guidance, training, and consistent performance feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Observe operational processes and analyze KPIs to inform output, efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.
• Implement process changes and document best practices. 
• Apply a solution-oriented and adaptable approach to solve problems, drive quarterly projects, and enhance the operation’s scale and capability. 
• Collaborate with colleagues across cross-functional teams (such as CX, Product Development, Brand Marketing, and Operations) to satisfy exceptional requests, deliver new capabilities, drive efficiencies, and deliver a “wow” customer experience.

Who you are:

• You have a 4-year degree and/or 2-3 years of experience in distribution operations, logistics, or managing a team of people.
• You are a natural leader with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn. 
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are an analytical and process-oriented problem-solver, and are comfortable interpreting quantitative data and using Excel.
• You follow through and your high standards, organization, and attention to detail ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
• You are open minded and comfortable navigating change and proposing solutions.
• You are eager to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done, with a bias towards action and a willingness to find creative solutions.
