The Manufacturing Data Specialist is focused on the integrity of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Product data, including creating, entering, maintaining and improving the accuracy of our ERP master data. This includes validating bill of materials, product/item templates, production routings, schedules, reports, and assuring information is accurately reflected within the ERP. Works closely with operations to manage the item class organization and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Works cross functionally with Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Quality/Compliance teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of ERP product data (Item Masters, BOM’s, Product Configurations, Production Routings) and ensure the accuracy of all changes.
• Change management of all ERP and MES system changes in the organization.
• Own the product change process and new product introduction as it relates to ERP activities.
• Continuously assess product data to ensure ERP data quality and integrity.
• Proactive monitoring of labor, material, and inventory usage and Investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of any issues, communicate issues with all relevant departments, and implement corrective actions to eliminate errors.
• Create and generate reports (including, but not limited to) material flow, material usage, material yield, production cycle time and inventory control metrics
