We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Private Event Sales Manager to join our team and drive the success of our event space rental operations.

The Private Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and marketing our event space rental areas, including the Lost Pavilion, Found Pavilion, and Mezzanine Level. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in event sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize bookings for the Lost Pavilion, Found Pavilion, and Mezzanine Level.
• Identify and target potential clients through various sales and marketing channels, including social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
• Create compelling sales presentations and promotional materials to showcase Lark Brewing Co.’s event spaces and services.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients, providing detailed information about the spaces and available services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Event Coordination:
• Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, catering, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Oversee event contracts, deposits, and payments, ensuring all financial aspects are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue targets, and client satisfaction scores.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event sales or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
