Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Parking Lot Attendants to ensure smooth operation of the parking lot.
• Develop and implement effective parking strategies to optimize space usage and minimize congestion.
• Monitor parking lot activity and traffic flow to identify and address any issues or safety concerns.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Parking Lot Attendants on customer service techniques, parking procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as security and facilities management, to address any parking-related issues or emergencies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding parking services in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of parking lot occupancy, revenue, and expenses, and prepare reports as needed.
• Implement and enforce parking policies and regulations to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all patrons.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in parking management to continually improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parking management, traffic control, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and patrons.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of parking lot technology and systems, including ticketing machines and automated payment systems, is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing parking operations.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and parking management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift objects up to 25 pounds.
