Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cycling Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating a positive learning environment for students. You will utilize your expertise in research, classroom management, and curriculum development to educate and mentor students.

Duties:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student learning
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and collaboration
- Provide timely feedback and assessment of student work
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of higher education teaching
- Support students in their academic and personal growth through mentoring and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Cycling Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and best practices in higher education teaching
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Blackboard or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in curriculum development is preferred
