```Duties:```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten students
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Incorporate library services into classroom activities to promote literacy skills
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students as needed
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license for kindergarten or early childhood education
- Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students with autism or special needs
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to kindergarten curriculum
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt instruction based on student needs
