Inspired by the backyard barbecues and the spirit of fellowship inspired by the former church that will house it, Brother Fox & Sister Hen will embody the rugged individualism of Pensacola’s unique historic cultural significance and Spanish character. Real and super-rustic, the kitchen will present American cookery at its roots, with all the layers peeled back. We will do so with a live-hearth fire custom-built for us, which will provide the fuel for most everything that comes out of our kitchen, from coal-fired vegetables-in-season to flamante steak arracharra served with made in house tortillas.
At Brother Fox and Sister Hen, a Bartender is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating guests on all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by following Amaranth Hospitality Service Standards. The Bartender plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction, and that does not stop at a well-made cocktail. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.
A successful Bartender maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
