Join our dynamic team in Sarasota, FL as a Medicare Sales Agent at Signature Medicare Solutions. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for educating and enrolling individuals into healthcare plans that meet their needs.
You will be working in an inbound leads environment with calls from potential clients who are interested in learning about Medicare products. No cold calling.

Qualifications:

• Active Health / Health and Life License in the state of Florida (02-15 license) - Required
• Tele-sales / Sales Experience (preferred, not required)
• Proficient in computer usage

Duties:

• Achieve sales goals and meet performance targets such as call handle time, cancellation rate, and quality scores
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and actively participate in team huddles
• Display a willingness to learn
• Maintain a positive attitude, express empathy, and convey enthusiasm while selling
• Follow all health insurance regulations set by CMS, state, or other entities
• Maintain and keep current all licenses and continuing education requirements

Compensation:

$18 / per hour AND-

MAPD & Supp SALES Commission / Sale Including 5 Ancillary:

8 Sales per week - $30 per app / $40 per app

12 Sales per week - $40 per app / $50 per app

16 Sales per week - $60 per app / $70 per app

20 Sales per week - $70 per sale / $80 per app

Ancillary Bonus:Agents will receive first month's premium on approved ancillary sales. (Ex. A client's monthly premium is $45.88, the agent will receive $45.88)
Referral Bonus:
Agents receive an extra $50 bonus for all sales generated from a referral source.

Retention Bonuses - (Per 90 days):0-59% Persistency: $0.00

60-69% Persistency: $500

70-79% Persistency: $1,000

All commissions paid out weekly, NO CHARGE BACKS.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 6 PM with 1 hour lunch
