Locally crafted flowers for fair and honest prices across locations in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Detroit, as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. We're looking for an experienced wedding designer with expertise in production and planning. This person is the sales team's chief liaison for pricing, writing recipes, creating samples and helping coordinate timelines for our Chicago based Wedding Consultants. While mainly computer based our Wedding Floral Producers also design with our production team and assist on installations during peak seasons.

****Responsibilities:****

* Pricing, planning, recipeing and sampling our current and upcoming weddings

* Organization of weddings in company CRM and production software

* Proofreading and analyzing wedding proposals for our sales team

* Assistance in the floral design studio and on-site installations

****Requirements:****

* 3 years experience in event or wedding floral design.

* Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, large scale installations and industry trends.

* Excellent mental math and communication skills

* Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays.

* Shared aesthetic preferences & values with the Flowers for Dreams brand.
