Locally crafted flowers for fair and honest prices across locations in Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, Minneapolis as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. Our designers and installers are creative-minded individuals who have a background or keen interest in the art of floral design and event production. This is a hands-on crafting role with lots of learning opportunities from experienced designers. The daily floral designer is in many ways the heartbeat of our operation, expected to create high quality consistent bouquet designs for our everyday consumers. This individual will bring a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a penchant for doing things swiftly & efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Design beautiful bouquets & arrangements for our customer orders
- Process incoming flowers from local markets
- Check quality of arrangements as they are pulled for delivery
- Clean workstation at the end of each shift
- Pack event and wedding flowers and materials
- Wedding and event installs, flips, and strikes
- Clean and prep glassware
- Greet and engage with customers with a friendly professionalism
- Ability to work long hours on feet, working with your hands, occasional heavy lifting
- Drive Flowers for Dreams cargo vehicles
- Must be able to work weekends
- Setup and breakdown hardware, floral decor, greenery, table decor, arches, etc
- Greet and engage with customers onsite with a friendly professionalism
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to remain calm and problem solve while working under time pressure
- Abide by Flowers for Dreams dress code while at venues
