**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal case management, research, and administrative tasks to support our legal professionals. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and other databases - Transcribe legal documents and correspondence with accuracy - Assist in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements - Manage and organize case files and documentation - Coordinate with attorneys to support case preparation and trial proceedings - Utilize iManage or similar software for document management - Assist in project management for various legal matters **Skills:** - Proficient in transcribing legal documents with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Familiarity with legal case management software like iManage - Knowledge of legal research tools such as Westlaw - Understanding of project management principles in a legal setting - Experience in legal administrative tasks to support attorneys This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, enhance your skills in the legal field, and contribute to meaningful cases.
