Program Manager
Based in Wyoming, MI All Tech Engineering a family based, privately owned, and operated, progressive, high-tech company with over 34 years of experience in the robotics, automation, tooling, and capital equipment design and build industry is looking to hire a motivated individual who is seeking professional growth and long-term security in a work friendly environment. We are looking for this candidate to meet the following criteria:
· Salary based on experience.
· PTO and seven paid holidays.
· 401K match.

You will be responsible from design concept to Customer install and runoff.
· Ensures the successful launch of new machines and engineering changes from concept to Installation and launch at the customers facility.
· Develop and maintain timelines for tracking customer programs.
· Primary liaison between the customers, engineering and management on their projects.
· Possess proven experience in program management.
· Maintain customer and internal personnel on your projects.
· Manage project budgets cost and timing.
· Create and maintain project timelines report to management weekly.
· Resolve program risks and issues.
