PanCare Health is Hiring a Medical Front Office Receptionist Near Chipley, FL

PanCare Health seeks an enthusiastic, patient-focused Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our medical team in Chipley, FL.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients
  • Answer clinic phones and route calls to the proper department
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • File and maintain patient charts
  • Confirm patient appointments
  • Fax records requests
  • Verifying patient eligibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or other Administrative roles
  • Basic Computer Skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like eClinicalWorks are a plus
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
