The Cook & The Cork Career Center is Hiring a Host / Hostess (Fine Dining) Near Springs, FL

The Cook and The Cork is a small, upscale yet casual chef-owned restaurant.

Currently we are open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner only.

We are currently searching for a host/hostess to complete our team. We offer competitive compensation and room for promotion.

REQUIREMENTS:

You are the first and lasting impression our guests see when they walk through the door! We love our creative and diverse staff, as a host, you are our ambassador. The Cook and The Cork is open for dinner only, Wednesday through Saturday. The host/hostess hours are 4-8:30 on weekdays, and till 9:30 on Saturday. We can be flexible with exact times and number of days. ! As a Host/Hostess, you will need to:

Have an outgoing, friendly and happy disposition.
Must maintain impeccable grooming and have a professional appearance.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests.
Stand for an extended period of time.
Must have a high school diploma
