Job Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a Breakfast Host, Cook / Front Desk associate at SpringHill Suites Cheraw.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the hospitality / restaurant industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both cooking and front desk operations, as well as a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

This position is located in Cheraw, South Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers a competitive salary of $11 to $13 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to brand and quality standards
• Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and serving areas
• Restock breakfast items and maintain adequate supply levels
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, answer phone calls, and assist with guest inquiries
• Complete all necessary paperwork and computer tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ensure guest complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hospitality or food service industry
• Previous cooking experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Knowledge of computer systems and basic math skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Breakfast shift starts at 5am.
