Our community is looking to hire a part time LPN/RN with Tuesday availability and possibly an on-call role for community overnight needs for a part of the week .

Other duties and requirements may include:

• Medication pass, documentation, resident assessments
• LPN/RN with current Illinois nursing license in good standing.
• Recent experience in a fast-paced community environment.
• Should have excellent assessment, clinical and supervisory skills.
• Should be familiar with the medication pass and documentation requirements.
