Service Representative – November 22

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to hire an outgoing, hard-working, and dedicated individual for our fast-growing Service team. Ideal candidates will have a background in HVAC or facility services.

We are looking for a Service Representative to meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 3-years of HVAC industry experience
• Organizational skills to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

The job duties of a Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Prospecting – understanding the target markets and identifying potential customers to call on
• Phone communication – generate appointments with qualified potential customers by cold calling
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Effectively manage both internal and external customers
• Focus on selling preventive maintenance agreements and repairs
• Responsible for the profitability of all service contracts, projects, and repair work sold
• Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage customer s competing priorities and expectations
