HOTWORX is looking for a Sales Manager for the Puyallup, WA (South Hill) location.
HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and is the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT YOGA to HOT CYCLE, HOT BARRE and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Position: Sales Manager - Boutique Fitness Studio - (Puyallup, WA)
Position Overview:
  • Our ideal candidate would have previous sales experience and management experience is highly preferred.
  • Another requirement is a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best, so fitness needs to be a driving factor in your life.
  • You will be the FACE of HOTWORX Puyallup.
  • This will be an hourly position for the base with generous bonuses (individual and store) and uncapped commission opportunities. 
Job Details:
Work times typically will be from between the hours of 11 AM - 8 PM also one Saturday a month from 11 AM - 4 PM, but times may be required outside of these to accomplish goals/requirements as a manager position.
  • Our GM will not just be in the studio alone, there will be 2 - 4 other Sales Associates on your team that you will manage and develop.
  • Community outreach and being outside of the studio promoting HOTWORX will be part of this job, which will sometimes require time outside of studio hours.
