As a General Manager of FunCity Adventure Park you must work well with others, show good leadership skills and be driven to be successful. Working at a trampoline park you have a lot of opportunities to have fun with your job but you must still be professional with customers and staff. You must have open availability. Weekends and vacations are required.

Job duties:
Making the schedule
Managing staff (including managers)
Counting drawers
Hiring/ Firing staff
Keeping the facility clean and presentable
Dealing with difficult customers
Dealing with injured guests
Keep a good line of communication with owners
Managing an inventory.
Being familiar with each position within the facility
You must be available to come into the facility when needed (We understand you can not be available 24/7, but having open availability is very important for this job)
Create promotions and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
