- Carefully prepare and organize plates for serving, following the restaurant’s plating guidelines.
- Run food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Double-check orders for completeness and presentation before serving.
- Assist the kitchen staff with the preparation of dishes, garnishing, and basic food prep tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area, kitchen, and any workstations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and relay specific requests or concerns to the kitchen staff or management.
- Ensure all dishes are served at the correct temperature and with appropriate accompaniments.
- Help with restocking and inventory control as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen manager
