Bartender Job Description:
A bartender is in charge of creating an exceptional guest experience for bar guests as well as making drinks for the restaurant. They are responsible for closing the restaurant, as well as collecting payments and cash from the service captains at the end of the sift. Must fully know and understand the entire drink menu and all of the recipes. Also must have an intimate knowledge of the food menu to be able to talk to guests, about our products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring the excellent execution of objective shift criterion, including but not limited to, the following:

· Making and executing drink recipes accurately and in a timely manner

· Restocking and prepping the bar area.

· Greeting guests in a personable, and timely fashion.

· Talking to the guest about food and drinks that the restaurant has to offer.

· Ringing in and ordering food and drinks from the kitchen and bar through toast.

· Must have great knowledge of all the other positions in the restaurant and how the positions make up the overall team. Also using this knowledge to help direct team members to assist where necessary.

· Must be able to multi task and work as a team with managers and team members to ensure that guest are properly taken care of

· Must be able converse and talk with all guest

· Accurate handling of money and other forms of payment.

· Closing and locking down the restaurant at the end of the night including setting the alarm

· Handling end of the night cash deposits

· Ensuring that everything closed down properly before leaving the building

· Alerting MOD when there are guest issues that need to be taken care of

· Perform all side work associated with the Bartender position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
