Job Overview:
MUST HAVE CWI INSPECTOR CARD.
We are seeking a Certified Weld Inspector to join our team. As a Certified Weld Inspector, you will be responsible for fabricating and analyzing metal structures and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weld inspections operations based on project specifications and blueprints
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various welding techniques
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot welding defects or issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficient in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and standards
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with data collection for quality control purposes
