OverviewDiamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in Cloquet, MN consists of a home-like atmosphere with 26 residents. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.

- WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
- High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
- We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
- We offer at least $17.00 starting wage and increase from there depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.
- Opportunities for advancement/current Lead Caregivers needed.
