• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance/recall work.
• Schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Offer additional services and products including special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work
• Review work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience is preferred
• Basic automotive operational knowledge
• Excellent sales, customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Energetic, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
