We’re seeking a paid ComHab worker (Direct Service Provider) for our son, 10. He’s on the spectrum but is verbal, engaging, and fun to be around. He loves playing computer games, and is hugely interested in video editing, digital arts, and music (both his parents are musicians). He loves arts and crafts, and we have tons of supplies that staff can use to engage him in creative projects. He’s not super athletic but would benefit from more exercise. We're looking for staff who can supervise him at home, as well as bring him out into the community, help him engage in activities, get more physically active, and develop life skills. Staff should help him to explore new interests, while encouraging the continued development of his established skills.
This is a 1-on-1 position starting at $21/hr.
