Brand New Luxury Apartment Community Located in North Peoria, AZ. Eagle Ridge Apartments is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Leasing Consultant with expertise in lease-ups. We are in search of a qualified individual to oversee leases, facilitate agreements, and ensure a streamlined and effective leasing process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the leasing process.

*Pay Dependent on Experience. We will specify the exact range we are willing to offer. *Lease Up Commissions and Bonuses. Additionally, we will include reputation management bonuses as part of our comprehensive bonus structure to support review growth.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by handling leads, scheduling appointments, conducting tours, processing applications, and conducting prospect screenings.

· Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive leasing experience and ensure a seamless move-in process.

· Conduct weekly market surveys to stay informed about current market trends.

· Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives to promote the community through outreach marketing.

· Implement and adhere to the community’s established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to increase occupancy.

· Conduct inspections of apartments before resident move-in to ensure they are in move-in ready condition.

· Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals, and follow established policies to boost occupancy.

· Manage property CRM and management software such as Knock and Appfolio.

· Activate all community amenities to engage all five senses – sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.

· Organize and host resident events to promote the resident living experience.

· Ensure that the community and apartment homes exceed company standards for show quality by conducting daily proactive inspections and coordinating with the maintenance team.

· Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction by sending emails, thank-you notes, making phone calls, or other contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.

Qualifications:

· Required: 5 years of leasing consultant experience.

· Preferred: 2 years of marketing experience.

· Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work well independently.

· Keen attention to detail.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficient in data entry and computer skills.

· Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

· Understanding of housing market trends and practices.

· Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents.
