Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care of patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of healthcare services. Your expertise in critical care, behavioral health, pediatrics, primary care, and utilization management will be essential in providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.
